It is true that we were overwhelmed in the last season of 2015 and the beginning of 2016, which led to some delivery delays. Our expected shipping time has already been restored to the standard 30 working days 6 months ago.

Therefore we may require you to provide photos or videos or do some simple tests. These photos and videos and test results will greatly help our customer service team and engineers understand the nature of the issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
