Back Wing Flaps - In order to launch his invasion, Loki from The Avengers (film) asked Dr. Selvig to open a wormhole above Stark Tower to the Chitauri fleet in space with the Tesseract. Once the wormhole opened, the New York City would be overwhelmed by wave after wave of Chitauri descended upon Earth. Therefore Tony Stark flied in the Iron Man suit Mark 6 to stop Selvig. In that scene, the Back Wing Flaps of the Iron Man suit Mark 6 was clearly open during its flight:

Forearm Armor Piercing Bullets Plate - The Iron Man suit Mark 6 holds a circle of propelled grenades in each arm. They were shown to have great effect, as only three small missiles could critically destroy a Hammer Drone. In The Avengers (film), Loki caused a distraction in Stuttgart leading to a confrontation with Rogers. Shortly after, Tony Stark flied to end their fight by pointing all the weapons of the Iron Man

Hand Protector Laser Gun – When Loki was imprisoned in the S.H.I.E.L.D.'s flying aircraft carrier -- the Helicarrier, Hawkeye and Loki's other possessed agents attacked the Helicarrier, disabling its engines in flight. As the Helicarrier was dropping, Tony Stark came to restart the engine in crisis. While he tried to cut off the damaged parts, the Iron Man suit Mark 6 displayed a pair of laser guns that could cut anything with even the briefest contact. Mounted and fired from the hand plates of the suit, The Hand Protector Laser Gun shows an awesome effect:
