Recent Progress in the Past 6 months and New Plan for the Next 12 Months - New Armor Costumes, New Poseable Stand, and New Upgrades
It's been a while I update the news post, but my team and I have been working hard on new armors and new projects.
It's been a while since I updated the news post, but my team and I have been working hard on new armors and new projects.
Here is the list of what we have done in the past 6 months.
The poseable stand has been finalized.
The poseable stand is proved to be a very good idea to maximize the visual presentation of your armor costumes. We have redesigned all the joint structures therefore their ranges of movement are even larger so that you can make more awesome poses with your armor costumes on the poseable stand. Also, we have simplified the structure and strengthened it at the same time. We will post photos and videos for each armor costume on the poseable stand. It will be great fun!
Molding techniques had been upgraded and applied 4 months ago.
All our armor costumes are molded of high strength PU plastic while at the same time, they are made-to-measure. Mold design methodology and molding techniques are our core competencies. With our new molding upgrades, our armor costumes are even more fantastic in details.
Here is the list of what you can expect in the next 12 months.
The Iron Man Mark 49 AKA the Rescue Armor costume suit (The Iron Pepper Potts) that appeared in Avengers: Endgame
We started the Mark 49 Rescue armor project 3 months ago and have completed the first round of 3D design. We are now working on the wearing segmentation, made-to-measure design. After that we will work on the motorized add-ons. Then we will build the first prototype to test everything and adjust everything. After the prototype is completed and fully tested, we will start to take pre-orders.
The first batch of Mark 49 Rescue Armor costume suits will be delivered by Halloween this year.
Falcon Wing Project
This project has been delayed quite a long time but we will finalize it this year.
Project TBD
We will start another new armor costume project within the next 12 months but it's not been determined yet. You are welcome to let us know your thoughts :)

[Project Update] the wearable Falcon (exo-7) Armor Costume Suit
We are still working on the Falcon project although the progress is a little bit behind schedule. The Red Wing drone has 9 servos in total to control the main layered wings, tail wings, secondary flaps, head bending, and camera rotation (decoration). The Red Wing drone can be detached from the backpack of the wearable Falcon (exo-7) suit and powered stand alone. But I have to say, it cannot fly :)
Here are 3 photos and 1 video of the wearable Falcon (exo-7) Armor Costume Suit Red Wing prototype. Enjoy!
