[Project Update] Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume Top Half Prototype Photos
We are about to complete the building of the prototype of Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume. This is the first armor costume we build for female wearers.
The eye-catching large wing flaps on the back armor are the iconic visual feature of the Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume. We have completed the motorized add-ons building and I will show you the video in my next post.

Voice Command Control and Joint Sound Effect Upgrade Kit for the Old Mark 46 and Mark 47 Electronic System
To all our Mark 46 and Mark 47 customers.
For all Mark 46 and Mark 47 suits that have been delivered since the beginning of 2023 or are to be delivered later, the Voice Command Control has been a native add-on for you to choose for your Mark 46 or Mark 47 suit, therefore this news is not important for you.
I am glad to inform you that we have completed the upgrade kit of the Voice Command Control and joint sound effects for Mark 46 and Mark 47 suit with the old electronics system.
The price of the upgrade kit including the shipping fee is 995 USD.
Parts
- One Voice Command Control board (including a protection box and an installation base)
- One interchange module between the Voice Command Control board and the main board (including a protection box and an installation base)
- One chest Arc Reactor with a new main board (including a new communication module for the remote control)
- One microphone for the Voice Command Control and the voice changer
- One speaker for the Voice Command Control and the voice changer
- Four sets of joint sound effect modules (including a protection box and an installation base for each set) for both arms and both legs
- All the necessary wires for connections.
What's more, if your suit is powered by 14500 batteries, we can include the 18650 battery holders in the upgrade kit so that your suit can be powered by 18650 batteries which can power your suit for around 2 hours after fully charged.
The new Voice Command Control module has already integrated the voice changer, therefore once the upgrade is completed, you can remove the old voice changer from your suit.

This is a regular project update of the Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume. The following 3 photos are showing the opening statues of the eye-catching big wing flaps on the back armor of the Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume.
After the outer 4 flaps open, the inner 2 propeller thrusters open then.
The inner space of the back armor of the Iron Pepper Potts 'the Rescue' Suit Armor Costume doesn't allow us to build Carbon Dioxide (CO2) propulsion simulators inside it but we will build sound effects and light effects to simulate the thrusters' working status.
