We feel obliged to make a clarification in response to the rumor about the buyFullBodyArmors.com.

Some posts on the internet claimed that buyFullBodyArmor.com is a joke. We are not. We have been building armor costumes for more than four years. We may be young in this field, but we have been working very hard and very seriously right from the start.

From our point of view, building Cosplay costumes, especially armor costumes, must achieve two key goals. One, it must bring fantasy to real world, so we try our best making them ultra-realistic and movie-accurate using cutting-edge 3D modeling software, advanced 3D printing technology and consecutive-number-controlled (CNC) machining center. Two, they also have to be durable, so we try our best to build them to survive as many wears as possible with minimal maintenance by continuously upgrading the design and producing methodology and material from EVA foam cutting and gluing to high-strength PU molding and assembling.

Delivery time
It is true that we were overwhelmed in the last season of 2015 and the beginning of 2016, which led to some delivery delays. Our expected shipping time has already been restored to the standard 30 working days 6 months ago.

Durability
It is true that the assembly methodology of the first batch of Mark 43 had defects, so certain parts might fall or crack when certain poses were made by the wearer. We corrected and upgraded the assembly methodology 11 months ago.

Material

Wearing system
Some professional cosplayers provided very constructive suggestions. Based on these very precious suggestions, our design and development team simplified the wearing system 10 month ago.

Electronic system
In most cases, those "electronic system failure or malfunction" issues that have been reported to us were simply caused by wrong batteries, low battery or incorrect arrangement of batteries in the power box. Therefore we may require you to provide photos or videos or do some simple tests. These photos and videos and test results will greatly help our customer service team and engineers understand the nature of the issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Furthermore, even if a damage happens, we can simply ship you the replacement parts.

After-sale service
Some people (we are not sure if they have ever purchased anything directly from us) claimed that we provide awful after-sale service. This is an obvious lie. We always provide active after-sale service. If you encounter any issues about the armor costume you receive, please contact us as soon as possible and we will reply to you with solutions as soon as possible. You can use either the email address of your buyFullBodyArmors account or the one you previously contacted us with, so we can locate your order information immediately. There are only two situations in which you may fail to receive any replies within 24 hours:

• Your email box redirects our emails to spam folder. Simply adding our email address administrator@buyfullbodyarmors.com to your contact list will prevent this kind of situation. In some very rare cases, your email box may be full so it won't be able to receive any emails at all.
• If it is on a weekend or holiday, we cannot guarantee prompt support. But you can expect to receive our replies the first day we come back to work.

We make mistakes but we correct them immediately and make progress immediately. Our mission is to design and produce high quality cutting-edge armor costumes inspired from famous comics, movies and games.

The wearable Falcon suit from the Avengers will be finished this month. This is a development update for the eye glasses, wings, shoulder caps, chest armor, back flying pack and waist armor. We will build the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) powered propulsion simulators in the back pack. Stay tuned!

We are now using cutting edge 3D modeling software to build the head of the robotic geisha in the upcoming movie Ghost in the Shell (2017). All the motorized open-close face mechanism and kimono will be included in this super hot wearable suit! Stay tuned!

The upcoming movie Ghost in the Shell (2017) will be released on March 31, 2017. Our designers are kind of falling love with this upcoming movie so they decide to build some wearable things from it. Obviously, the robotic geisha is one of the most eye-catching designs and they will be our target.

We will build the wearable helmet with the motorized face open-close mechanism, the wearable articulated full body armor and the wearable kimono. As usual, our product will be ultra-realistic and movie-accurate. Stay tuned!
