What is the weight of the Iron Man costume suit?
The overall weight of the suit is around 15.4 lbs to 28.7 lbs (7 kg to 13 kg) depending on the suit size, the add-ons you choose. Since the suit is worn full-body the weight load of the suit is distributed to your whole body, you will not feel the suit’s weight at all.

What kind of material we are using to make your Iron Man costume suits?
The major material we use to build the Iron Man suit is high quality solid Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (also known as EVA), is the co-polymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The hardness of EVA usually from 10 degree to 80 degree (actually it is the weight percent of Vinyl Acetate). We only use high quality 60 degree EVA, which is durable and easy to maintenance, to build your Iron Man suit. And then we use special surface treatment and automobile spray painting to color the suit and make the suit feel like real metal.
