Replacement, Return and Refund

Important: Only the list price is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All the armor suits/items in buyFullBodyArmors.com are handmade and custom-made, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange and refund policy. If you find the suits/items you receive have significant defects, electronic system malfunction, we will help you solve issues according to the following procedure.

1. You need to contact us within 7 days after our contracted carrier deliver the suit/item to you.
2. You need to email us photos (videos for electronic system malfunction) showing clearly the issues to support your claims for replacements or refund. You may need to provide more clear photos/videos to help us understand the nature of the issues.
3. If the reason for replacement/return is determined to be a result of a buyFullBodyArmors.com error, you can choose to receive replacements for free. Or you can choose to return the suit/item and receive a refund.
4. If the reason for return is not a result of a buyFullBodyArmors.com error (e.g. you provide us wrong measurements), you can choose to keep the original suits/items and receive replacements at a 20% off discount.

Important: For all the return, you are responsible for the returning suit/item in its original condition within 2 weeks after our contracted carrier deliver the suits/items to you (after the package is signed). The suits/items should be sent in its original packaging. For all the return, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

The following situation Are Excluded from Replacement or Return Policy:

• DHL needs to contact you for delivery. If they fail to contact you, we will try to contact you by the email you use to place the order. If we failed to contact you before the deadline set by DHL, the package will be return to us. In this situation, we will deduct the shipping fee for delivery and return, and tax/duty or any other fees during the shipping process from the refund. We will also deduct 20% of the total price of your order from the refund.
• Suits/items that have been used
• Suit/item that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
• Suit/item with stains
• Suit/items that have been changed and modified by the buyer

Change Your Order

Important:

• Orders that have entered the shipping process can't be modified.
• Order change may cause extra fee.
• Order change may cause delay of the shipping.

Although all our suits/items are handmade and custom-made, you can always email us to change your measurements, add-on requirements and shipping address before your suits/items are shipped.

1. For measurement change, we will not charge any extra fee for the change unless your change is significant or your order is in the final test stage or ready-to-ship stage.
2. For add-on requirement changes, we will calculate the price difference according to the price of the relevant add-ons.

Cancel Items or Orders

Important:

• You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process.
• Order cancellation may cause extra fee therefore you will not receive a full refund.
